Biographical Data

Bishop +Sean Alexander, Ph.D. is the Presiding Bishop of Outreach International Ministries a missions-driven ministry focused on helping the the poor and the needy of the world focused on carrying out the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28 and Acts 1:8.

Bishop +Alexander's Beliefs

Bishop +Alexander believes that God's Word teaches we are to serve all faiths without the restrictions of church doctrines created by man-made rules. He has found that in order to live according to the Word of God no denominations exists except that of Jew and Gentile. This makes us all brothers and and sisters according to God's Word. We are to love one another regardless of race, creed, color, or denominational walls or the infalibity of man. We are to love on another unconditionally as we love ourselves. (Mark 12:31) We must always hold them up in prayer (James 5:16) and without judgement (Matt 7:1).

Who is Bishop +Alexander

Born February 18, 1958, Bishop +Alexander was an only child. In 1972, he began his high school education at Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida where he attended for through grade 10. In order to complete his high school requirements, he attended Manatee High School in 1975, also located in Bradenton, Florida.

In 1990, he began his catholic seminary formation and spiritual formation studies through St. John of the Cross Seminary where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry. He then continued on to complete his Master of Arts in Christian Counseling degree in 1998, and finally his Doctor of Philosophy in Divinity degree on January 14, 2000. Bishop + Alexander attained his Masters of Divinty (MDiv) in May 2005, graduating Cum Laude from Northbridge University.

He began his studies for the catholic diaconate in January of 2001, and was ordained as a deacon in the Church of All Saints and All Souls, on June 22, 2001. He then served as deacon until January 19, 2002 at which time he was ordained into the priesthood and made rector of Saint John of the Cross Catholic Church.

On December 3, 2002, when he completed his catholic studies for the bishopric and he was named the Auxilliary Bishop of an independent catholic Archdiocese.

Moving Forward in Ministry

In 2003, Bishop +Alexander left the catholic church, after God called him away from the catholic ministry, revealing a further call on his life in other areas of ministry as a Bishop of an interdenominational ministry which allowed him to serve all faith communities, including the catholic faith in a different capacity.

Baptism by the Holy Ghost - The Second Baptism

As time progressed Bishop +Alexander continued to hear a further call upon his life, he found he was being directed by God to dig even deeper into the Word of God that brought a stronger pull on his life as a minister of the Gospel until finally in December of 2003 he was baptized in the Holy Ghost and found his ministry was to take a dramatic change in direction.

What is Bishop +Alexander Doing Now in Ministry?

In 2007, Bishop +Alexander found God speaking to his heart in regards to the many people groups he had worked with throughout the world and found a further call being placed on his life toward the unreached people groups of the world. Through prayer it was revealed that God's desire was for him to begin working as a trainer to missionaries throughout the world. In 2008, He answered this call and received the training necessary to reach the lost throughout the world. He now serves as a missionary and a trainer to missionaries throughout the world.

Bishop +Alexander's Certifications

Bishop +Alexander's background in Christian Counseling has allowed him to be licensed as a Diplomat with the National Board of Christian Clinical Therapists (NBCCT), a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor - Advanced Certification, a Board Certified Clinical Supervisor of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA), a substance abuse counselor with the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling (IIFBC), an International Representative for the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling (SACC), and a member of the prestigious American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). His specialty is in providing God-centered Marriage & Family counseling. His passion is focusing in the areas of marriage & family, parent-child/adolescent conflict and elimination of financial crisis issues.

Bishop +Alexander's Episcopal Motto

Bishop +Alexander chose for his Episcopal motto the profession of faith "Auspice Christo" , "In the auspices of Christ"... "When we love others, we know that we belong to the truth, and we feel at ease in the presence of God" (1 John 3:19). His motto is to remind us that we are to love everyone, no matter their race, creed, colour, or religious background in order that we might stand holy and righteous in the presence (auspice) of our Lord Jesus Christ and that everyone has access to the abundance and prosperity of Christ.
